How do I Place my Order?
- Go to www.greenmartsg.com
- ‘Login’ with your email address and password. If you have not registered, kindly click ‘Register’ to register with us.
- Select the products you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’. You may adjust the quantity accordingly.
- After selecting all items, go to the Shopping Cart on the top right corner, you may checkout from there or Continue Shopping.
- Once you have checked the items and the amount are correct, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, and click ‘Place Order’ and you have completed your order process.
- You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
- You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

What are the Modes of Payment?

Change of Delivery Address, Email or Password
You may change your delivery address by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top bottom under Customer Care. You have the option of updating your account information. You need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in here. If you forget your password, click here to reset your password. You will be asked for an email address, and we will email your new password to you.
What is 'My Shopping List' and How Does it Work?
My Shopping List is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favourite products. With a few clicks, you can create your own shopping list for easy future purchases. Every time you make a purchase, the items will automatically be added to your order history list. You can also add or delete your current list by clicking the add/delete button on each product page.
Can I Order in Bulk?
Yes, you may order in bulk. Please send an email to [email protected] indicating the product names and quantity. Please allow us at least 3 working days to confirm your bulk order.
How Do I Change, Cancel or Add Items to My Order?
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s).
How Can I Check My Previous Order?
Click ‘Order History’ to check your previous order. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in here.
How Do I Search for Products?
There are a number of ways you can search for products: By Categories – The Main Product Categories will be on the left-hand panel of the website. Click your selected Categories and browse through the Sub-Category page. By Product – Type the product you are looking for in the Search button and click!

The Product I Ordered is Out of Stock?
We apologize for the out of stock product. While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely).
Alcohol Deliveries - ID Check Required
All alcohol products deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years old and above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify that the recipient is aged 18 years old and above. In the event where the recipient does not meet the lawful requirement, delivery shall be attempted at another time. An additional re-delivery fee of S$6.00 will be applicable.
Do Note that Promo Codes are not Case-Sensitive.
All our Promo Codes are not case sensitive. Hence you are able to use lower or upper case when keying in your Promo Codes in the Promo Code box at the checkout area.
Will my information be kept private?
Green Mart SG shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the online registration) within the time frame selected by the Customer. Green Mart SG shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Green Mart SG. What is the Minimum Order and Delivery Charges?
For order value of $35.00 & above per delivery – Free
Delivery For order value less than $35.00 per delivery – $6
What are your Delivery Time Slots?
Our delivery time slots as follow:
Monday to Saturday
9.00am – 12.00pm
1.00pm – 4.00pm
5.00pm – 9.00pm
Please note there is no delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.
For bulk orders delivery, we will contact you to arrange for delivery of your orders.
Change of Delivery Address after your Order?
A change of delivery address after is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address. Green Mart SG online reserves the right to charge customers for a cancellation fee of $10.00.
Delivery and Storage of the Products
We store products in accordance with market standards and regulations as per AVA regulations. We carefully control the conditions in which your products are stored and transported, from the moment we picked the items till the time you receive them at your doorstep. Fresh items stay chilled and frozen items remain frozen.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, please email to us at [email protected] within 7 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE and we will try to resolve this by either replacing a product or credit the money for future orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We aim to receive your satisfaction with your order and will advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email to us at [email protected] within 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we will resolve the issue(s) immediately. Please leave the product in its original packaging should it be a product related issue.
